The Prison Ministry

Effectually ministering to people held captive both physically and spiritually behind prison walls. Our goal is for prisoners to become born again and grow as fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ. We work directly with prisoners to facilitate their new walk in Christ by holding weekly bible studies and fellowships that are designed to allow the new converts to express their new experiences as Christ’s disciples. Powerful revivals are crucial tools that our volunteers use to help boost and restore prisoners’ zeal and challenges him to see themselves as God see them according to 2nd Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”

Our Prison Ministry volunteers vigorously teach all of the inmates in our program that God loves them unconditionally and has ordained them for greatness before the foundations of the world according to Genesis 1: 26-28, “Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

Eternal Life Ministries’ Prison Ministry is storming the gates of hell, setting the captives free, and taking back enemy held territory. Our primary role in the Kingdom is to help prisoners move through a continuum of healing, that begins inside of prison walls and inside an individuals heart in order to increase the likelihood of a successful transition back into society as faithful servants of Christ.
